1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you book a meeting. Your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add when booking.
When you simply visit. Our analytics record which pages were viewed, how long the visit lasted, which site or search you arrived from, and technical details such as browser, operating system and a shortened IP address.
We do not run advertising cookies, we do not build profiles for resale, and there is nothing on this site that tries to identify you across other websites.
3. Why we are allowed to process it
Contact form and meeting bookings rest on legitimate interest, specifically our interest in answering someone who has asked us a question, and on the steps leading up to a possible agreement.
Analytics rests on your consent, given through the cookie choice on this site, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Server logs rest on legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
4. Who else sees it
Two processors handle data on our behalf, both under data processing agreements, and both transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
HubSpot, Inc. runs this website, the contact form, the CRM record created from it, and the visitor analytics.
Google LLC provides analytics.
Beyond that, personal data is disclosed only where Swedish law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and the CRM record that follows: 24 months from the last contact between us, unless a client relationship makes a longer period necessary for accounting or contractual reasons.
Meeting booking data: 24 months from the meeting.
Analytics cookies: between 30 minutes and 13 months depending on the cookie, listed in section 8.
Server logs: 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have the processing restricted, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you have given.
Write to fredrik@dualia.se and you will have an answer within 30 days. There is no charge.
7. If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy.se.
8. Cookies
Necessary. A small number of cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics. HubSpot sets __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc and hubspotutk, lasting between 30 minutes and 13 months, to count visits and recognise a returning visitor. Google Analytics sets _ga and _gid, lasting up to two years, for the same purpose. These run only with your consent.
You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings on this site, or clear cookies in your browser.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top. Small corrections are made without notice.
