Weeks, with a named deliverable at the end of each phase. If a sprint is not the right format for you, we say so on the first call rather than stretching the work to fit.

Where the method comes from.
Dualia was founded by Fredrik Holmboe after more than twenty years inside pharma commercial and medical organisations. That background is the whole point.
Pharma is one of the most heavily regulated commercial environments in existence: every claim reviewed, every channel controlled, every workflow auditable. An AI workflow that clears that bar clears any bar.
That is why the same sprints work for a clinic group, a professional services firm or a manufacturer, even though the method was hardened somewhere much stricter.
What we are not.
We are not an agency that will run your channels for you indefinitely. We are not a platform vendor. We are not the right partner if what you want is a two-year transformation programme.
